HOWTO Perform VoIP Office Update

Please note, both procedures require PBXware service to be stopped or restarted for changes to apply so make sure to perform update in off hours.

SHELL:

Login to the system shell as a root user

Navigate to /opt folder

cd /opt

Stop httpd/pbxware applications

./httpd/sh/stop

./pbxware/sh/stop

Update httpd/pbxware applications (Password: update)

./httpd/sh/update -v

./pbxware/sh/update -v

Start updated applications:

./httpd/sh/start

./pbxware/sh/start

GUI INTERFACE:

Login to the system administration

Navigate to ‘Site Settings->Updates’

Provide root and root password for Setup Wizard logins

Select all available checkboxes next to ‘Setup Wizard’ and ‘PBXware’ ( ‘U’ – Update, ‘R’ – Restart)

Click ‘Start’
